Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Supervisor to join our team in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid background in field operations, and the ability to effectively manage and oversee daily site activities. This role demands a high level of responsibility, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work under challenging conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily field operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and safety regulations
  • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to meet project goals and timelines
  • Monitor workforce productivity and address performance issues as needed
  • Prepare and submit daily reports and documentation
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and safe work practices
  • Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures on-site
Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma qualification
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry
  • Must possess a valid light duty driver's license
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • Medically fit to work in oil and gas field environments
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Capable of creating reports, browsing the internet, and conducting basic online research
